TRACER successfully participated in 2022 F&B Innovation Lab 2.0

Tracer wraps a successful participation in F&B Innovation Lab 2.0 as part of  an initiative from Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development and F&B Manufacturers Business Group (FBMG) which was conducted in UAEU Science and innovation Park looking for the next exciting F&B product that will shape the future of lucrative F&B industry.

F&B Innovation Lab offered the opportunity to be connected with UAE’s leading F&B manufacturers and kickstart exciting F&B products.

The specialised boot camp shared the knowledge and expertise tips to develop specific F&B products, from validation and product-market fit. to enrolingl qualified applicants into a market research to help to identify their target market and take into consideration the needs of their discovered target audience, and lastly going through the post-validation phase, graduation and eventual commercialization deal.

Tracer was able to demonstrate and relate the need for technology in the development process of new products and importance of gathering feedback from customers who are the main players in the value chain.
